Because there is not ample time for interested investigators to create and submit the standard pre-proposal, please send a "Letter of Intent" (LOI) to Barbara Earl (864-7781, bearl@ku.edu) by April 8, 2008.

If more than one LOI is received, a review committee will be formed to review all applications and investigators may be asked to provide additional details. The committee's intent is to select a proposer by April 14, 2008, thereby giving the proposer four weeks to prepare for the proposal submission.
