Contract Negotiations reviews and negotiates the terms and conditions of sponsored research agreements. Staff provides counsel to faculty regarding university policies on publication, intellectual property, and other research concerns. The department also writes, negotiates, and processes subcontracts under sponsored research agreements. Staff also provides information to researchers on new and emerging federal regulations and policies that affect research.
