Definitions:

Masters - 1:
Masters student with less than two years relevant experience.
Masters - 2:
Masters student with greater than two years relevant experience.
PhD - 3:
PhD student with less than two years relevant experience.
PhD - 4:
PhD student with more than two years relevant experience.
Skilled Technical:
Requires a Masters or PhD student with specialty skills such as programming.
